maketh oath saith that he was present and
did see the Prosecutor Thomas Burton< no role > sign seal
and as his act and deed deliver a certain deed
bearing date the tenth day of October One thousand
seven hundred and ninety one purporting to be a
General Release of all actions trespasses and
demands whatsoever from him the said Prosecutor
to Anthony Don< no role > adieu of the parish of Saint John
Hackney in the said county of Middlesex Esquire
and the abovenamed Defendant andrew Scott< no role >
and that the names Jas. Rowswell and Wm
Tellkamp [..] subscribed to the said General
Release as the names of the witnesses attesting
the execution thereof are of the respective proper hands
writing of this Deponent and the said William Tellkamp< no role > [..]
