To the Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor
of that Part of the Parish of St. Andrew,
Holborn which lies above the Bars , in the
County of Middlesex : And to the Church-
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Dunstan in the West
in the City of London

WHEREAS Complaint has been made to Us,Two of His
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex ,
(whereof one is of the Quorum) by the Churchwarden and Overseers
of the Poor of that Part of the Parish of Saint Andrew, Holborn, which
lies above the Bars , in the said County, That
Mary Ann Mansell< no role > aged near Four Years hath
lately come into the said Part of the said Parish of St. Andrew Holborn ,
endeavouring to settle there contrary to Law: And it appeareth unto
Us the said Justices, and we do adjudge, That She is likely
to become chargeable thereto, and upon Examination of the premisses
taken upon Oath, it
farther appeareth unto Us, and we do likewise adjudge, That
the parish of Saint Dunstan in the West aforesaid in the said
City of London
is the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Mary Ann Mansell

THESE are therefore in His Majesty's Name to charge and command
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Part of the
said Parish of Saint Andrew, Holborn , forthwith to remove and convey
the said
Mary Ann Mansell
from and out of the Part of the said Parish, to the said Parish
of Saint Dunstan in the West
and deliver her
to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to some
or one of them, who are hereby required to provide for her
according to Law: Given under our Hands and Seals the 28th
Day of April One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Ninety One
