Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex at their General Quarter
Sessions of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Overseers of the Poor of the Precinct of
White Fryars in the City of London

Sheweth


That by an Order or Pass Warrant under
the hands and Seals of Edw: Read< no role > and Wm.
Hyde
< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of
the peace acting in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster in for the County of Middlesex (one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date
the 25th. day of June 1791 Sarah Rich< no role > Wife
of Edward Rich< no role > (gone from her) and their four
Children to wit, Robert< no role > aged Ten Years and
upwards Thomas< no role > aged Six Years and upwards
Lucy< no role > aged five Years and Sarah< no role > aged Two
Years and upwards were removed and Conveyed
from and out of the parish of Saint Martin
in the fields within the Liberty of Westminster in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Precinct of White Fryars (in
the said Order called White friars in the
County of Middlesex as the place of the
last Legal Settlement of the said Edward
Rich
< no role > and Sarah his Wife and their four
Children to wit Robert Thomas Lucy and
Sarah Whereby your Petitioner's conceive
themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore
humbly pray your Worships
to appoint a day in this present
Sessions to hear and determine
their said Appeal

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
