Whereas the Inhabitants of the Parish of East Dereham
in the County of Norfolk
Did at the last General Quarter Session of the Peace held in and for this County Exhibit
thier Petition and appeal setting forth That by an Order of Removal bearing date the 7th. day of

of His Majesty Justices of the Peace in and for the said County of Middlesex

his Wife and their four Children namely Peter< no role >

were removed from the Parish of Edmonton
in the said County of Middlesex
to the said
Parish of East Dereham
whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved which said
Appeal stood duly adjourned until this Session Now upon hearing the said Appeal and
what hath been alledged by the respective Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parishes their Counsel and Witnesses in and concerning the Premises It is (a the
request of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Edmonton
Ordered
that the said Order or Removal of the said two Justices be and the same is hereby Quashed
and It is further Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
Parish of last Dereham to forthwith convey and deliver back the said George Harvey< no role >
Elizabeth his Wife and their said four Children (together with a Copy of this Order) unto the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Edmonton
who are hereby
required to receive and provide for the said George Harvey< no role >
Elizabeth his Wife and their
said four Children until they can free themselves from the charge thereof by due course of Law
