that theSurveyorContractor has neglected the
repair thereof

Resolved it is the open of this Commee that the said Street
be forthwith put into good &sufficientPerfect
repair under the Inspection & directs
of Mr Rogers the County Survey &
that no Money he Issued & the Contractor
until Mr Rogers shall certify that the
same is put into a good &Sufficientperfect
