MIDDLESEX ,


AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursday the Fourteenth day of April in the
Thirty first year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc.

It is Ordered that the hearing and determining the matter of an Appeal
Between the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St Mary Lambeth in
the County of Surrey Appellants and the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex Respondents
touching the settlement of Susannah Caldon< no role > Wife of Jeremiah Caldon< no role > (who had deserted her)
and their two Children Vizt Mary Ann< no role > born 23d. of February 1787 and David Jeremiah< no role >
born the 4th. of April 1790 Do stand adjourned until the next General Session of the
peace to be holden for this County and on notice hereof in the mean time to be given unto
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint James Westminster
they and all Persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid on
Thursday the Ninth day of June next at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the same
day to hear and abide the judgment and determination of the said Court touching the
said Appeal.
