These appeals have stood over for several Sessions
last past for the purposes of making a Survey
of the Value of the Lands Tenements Etc. in
Order to as certain a rule for assessing the
poor rate

Such Survey not having been compleated be
pleased to move that they stand over again
until the next Quarter Session by which
time it is expected that the whole business
relative to all these appeals will be settled
