To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in the General Quarter Sessions of the peace for the said County
assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church=
=warden and Overseers of the Poor of that part of the Parish of
Saint Andrew Holborn which his above the Bars
in the County aforesaid.

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order under the Hands and Seals
The saverend for George Booth< no role > Baronet and Rupert Clarke< no role > Esquires two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex
(one whereof is of the Quorum) bearing date the Twelfth day
of January Instant George Foster< no role > was removed and conveyed
from and out of the parish of Saint James Clerkenwell in
the said County to the said part of the said Parish of Saint Andrew Holbor n
as the place of his last legal Settlement

your Petitioners therefore humbly pray that the
Benefit of their said Appeal may be reserved to them
until the next General Session of the peace to be holden
for the said County for hearing and determining the same
And that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the said Parish of Saint James Clerkenwell be then
and there required to attend to hear and abide the
Judgement and Determination of the Court touching
the said Appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever pray
