You were bound to appear and prosecute John Wood< no role > house and
Thomas Mobbs< no role > at December Session last at the Session house for
the said County but not Appearing Year Recognizance is became forfeited
and will be Estreated into the Court of Exchequer from whence Execution
will proceed for the Levying 20 Pounds on your Good & Chattles
Unless care he taken to Stop Proceedings by an Application for a
Respite at the next Session which will begin on TuesdayDothe
Twelfth day of April next I am Your humble Servant
