in the County of Middlesex Gentleman Maketh oath and Saith that he this
Deponent Together with the said Thomas Taylor< no role > was presented did see
the Deed Poll hereunto Annexed bearing of date the second day of December
in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety and
purporting to be a General Release from David Wait< no role > of New Inn Street in
the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the said County of Middlesex
Builder to William Ditchman< no role > of Old Street Road in the Parish of St. Leonard
Shoreditch in the said County of Middlesex Builder Signed and Sealed by him
the said David Wait and as his Act and Deed in due from of Law delivered
And Saith that the name David Wait set or subscribed thereto as the
party executing the same is of the proper hand Writing of the said David
Wait and that the Names Thos. Taylor and Wm. Chas. Empson< no role > to the said
Deed Poll set or subscribed as Witnesses to the Executions thereof are of the
several proper hand Writing of this Deponent the said Thomas Taylor< no role >
respectively
