It is Ordered That William Hyde< no role > Esquire have Notice
of this Petition and Appeal and that he and all Persons concerned
Do attend this Court on Thursday the Ninth day
of December Instant at the hour of Nine o Clock
in the forenoon of the same day Then and There to
hear and abide the Judgement and Determination
of the said Court touching the same.
