to make such Entry as aforesaid Contrary to the Form
of the Statute in such Case made and provided

And you Petitioner was adjudged to pay
and Forfeit for Such Offence the Sum of Ten Pounds
Whereby your Petitioner conceives himself aggrieved

AndYour Petitioner therefore most humbly prays that he may be at
Liberty to Appear to the said Conviction
And that a day in this present Session may be appointed
for the hearing and determining thereofuntill the next General Session of the
Peace to be holden for the said County

And your Petitioner shall ever Pray
and so forth
