<p n="63">Weavers within the City of London shall be Settled, re-<lb></lb>
gulated, and Declared, by the Lord Mayor, Recorder,<lb></lb>
and wermen, of the said City; and in<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
the County of Middlesex, by the Justices at the Peace<lb></lb>
for the said County; and in all Places within the City<lb></lb>
and Liberty of Westminster, at the General Quarter<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
Sessions of the Peace holden in and for the said City<lb></lb>
and Liberty; and in all Places within the Liberty of<lb></lb>
the Tower of London, at the General Quarter Sessions<lb></lb>
of the Peace Golden in and for the said<obscured></obscured>
At their<lb></lb>
General Quarter Sessions of the Peace respectively;<lb></lb>
and the Lord Mayor, Recorder, and Aldermen, of the<lb></lb>
City of London, and the said Justices of the Peace, at<lb></lb>
hereby respectively authorised and important, from Time<lb></lb>
to Time, upon Application being made to them for that<lb></lb>
Purpose, to settle, regulate, order,and declare, the<lb></lb>
Wages and Prices of Work of the Journeymen Wea-<lb></lb>
vers working within their respective Jurisdictions as<lb></lb>
aforesaid; and shall and may, within the Space of Four-<lb></lb>
teen Days next after the making every such Diver, cause<lb></lb>
the same to be printed and publicted, at the reasonable<lb></lb>
Expence of the Person or Persons applying for the same,<lb></lb>
Three Times, in any Two daily Demsnaners published<lb></lb>
in London or Westminster; which Publication shall be<lb></lb>
deemed and allowed to be sufficient Notice and Publica-<lb></lb>
tion thereof; and from and after Publication thereof<lb></lb>
all Weavers, and their Toureymen, are hereof<obscured></obscured>

required to obserbe the same,</p>

three, any Master Weaser, within either of the afore-<lb></lb>
said Districts, shall give more or less Wages, or pay<lb></lb>
larger or less Prices, to any of the Tourneymen Weather<lb></lb>
aforesaid, for their Work, than shall be settled or allowed<lb></lb>
as aforesaid, and shall be convicted of the said Offences<lb></lb>
before any Two of Dis Majesty's Justices of the Peace<lb></lb>
within either of the Districts or Jurisdictions aforesaid,<lb></lb>
where the said Offence shall be committed, on the Dath<lb></lb>
or Oaths of Oue or more credible Witness or Witnesses,<lb></lb>
