MIDDLESEX .


At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, ()
on Monday the Fifth Day of July in the
Thirtieth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc.

It is Ordered that the hearing and determining the matter of an
Appeal made by several Inhabitants Owners and Occupiers of Lands a
Tenements and Hereditainents within the Parish of Ealing in the said
County who were assessed to and have paid the Poors Rate of the said
Parish for the Year ending at or about Easter 1789 and on behalf of
themselves and other Inhabitants of the said Parish against the accounts
of John Andrew< no role > and Joseph Druce< no role > Householders and Inhabitants of the
said Parish who served the Office of Overseers of the poor of the said Parish
for the Year ending at or about Easter 1789 which stood duly adjourned
untill this Session Do at the request of the Appellants stand further
adjourned untill the next General quarter in the mean of the Peace to be
holden for this County and on notice hereof in the mean time to be
given unto the said John Andrews< no role > and Joseph Druce< no role > they and all
Persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid
on Thursday the Twenty Eighthfirstday of October next at the hour of nine
in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the judgement and
determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal.
