maketh Oath and Saith That He this Deponent
was present on the Twenty Ninth Day of June
last and saw Thomas Griffin< no role > , Richard Richards< no role > and
Thomas Watson< no role > make up and settle all Disputes and
Differences between them and this Deponent further Saith
that the said Thomas Griffin< no role > received of and from the
said Richard Richards< no role > Ten Shillings and Six pence in
full satisfaction for an Indictment preferred by the said
Thomas Griffin< no role > against the said Richard Richards< no role > &
Thomas Watson< no role > for an Assault in May Session last
and this Deponent further Saith that at the time
that the said Thomas Griffin< no role > so received the Ten
Shillings and Six pence he subscribed his Name
to the paper Writing hereunto annexed which is
Witnessed by this Deponent
