Southwark in the County of Surry Ware houseman the above
named Defendant in this Prosecution and John Smith< no role > of
Cable Street in the parish of Saint George Middlesex in
the County of Middlesex Watchman Severally make
Oath and Say and first the Deponent William Cunningham< no role >
for himself Saith that he did on the Twenty Ninth
Day of April Last personally Serve the above named
prosecutrix Jane Morris< no role > with a Notice of Trial in
Writing a True, Copy of which is hereunto
Annexed and this Deponent John Smith< no role > for himself
Saith that he was present and Ded see the said
William Cunnigham< no role > personally Serve the said
Prosecuting Jane Morris< no role > with the said Notice of
Trial in writing a true Copy of which is hereunto
Annexed and this Deponent further Saith that
the said William Cunningham< no role > at the time the
Served the said Prosecutrix with the said
Noties of Trial andinformed her of the Intent
and Meaning thereof or words to that or the
like Effect And these Deponents Say that the said Noties
of Trial has not been Countermanded to their Knowledge or Belief
