certain misdemeanor for that He the saint John
then being constable of the said parish, and having
George Sherwood< no role > and William Mayo< no role > in his Custody
in order that they should be carried and
conveyed before some one of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for this County to be dealt with according
to Law, unlawfully wilfully negligently and
contemptuously did suffer and permit them to escape
and go at large on the 10th. day of April last
