I do hereby certify that the
Quantity of Bricklayer dow [..] Erecting
the New House of Correction and the Borendary
Walls thereof exceeds the Quantity of Nine
hundred & Servants five Rods and that the
Contractor is entitled to receive on Account
thereof the Sum of Seven thousand Eight
hundred Pounds deducting therefore the
Sums already received on Account thereof
