I do hereby certify that the Quantity of Brickwork done in
Erecting the New House of Correction exceeds One Thousand and
Seventy Eight Roads, and that the Contractor is entitled to
receive on Accot. thereof the Sum of Eight Thousand Six
Hundred & twenty four Pounds, deducting therefrom the
Sums already received on Accot. thereof

There is also upwards of Eleven Rods of Work in the
Chain Timbers & Templets upon which he is entitled to
receive in the same proportion the further seem of thirty
six Pounds on Accot. thereof
