Middlesex Gentleman Maketh Oath and Saith
That He was present and did see the within named
Edward Widdows< no role > duly sign and seal and as his act
and deed deliver the within written deed or instruments
purporting to be a General Release of all and all manner
of action and actions Cause and Causes of Action and
all other trespassess whatsoever by him the said Thomas
Linton Rogers here to fore committed against him And
this Deponent Saith that the same was so execute don
the day the same bears date and that the Name Edward
Widdows Subscribed against the Seal of the said
General Release is of the proper hand writing of the
said Edward Widdows And that the Name of
this Deponent as also the Name of Isaac Fawcett< no role >
appearing thereto be Sett and Subscribed as
Witnesses thereto are of this Deponents and the said
Isacc Fawcetts Own proper hand writing
