was present on Wednesday the second day of September
Instant when the above Prosecution was compromised by the
Defendants paying to the Prosecutor and Prosecutrix or one
of them the Sum of One Guinea and an Half in Satisfaction
of the above Assault And this Deponent saith that the

Annexed Certificate are of the Proper Hand Writing and
Making of the said John Gowen< no role > and Sarah his Wife
