The King v Thomas Corse< no role >
on the prosecution of
Elizabeth Corse< no role > his
wife for an Assault

Thomas Corse< no role > of Islington the
Dependant above-named Toll-Collector and John [..]
of from Court covent Garden in the said
Corfn [..] Gentleman make Oath and say And
first the said Thomas Corse< no role > saith that at
the so, own preceding the last Session for the said
County this Deponent was Indicted by his
said Wife for an Assault and that at
the last Session he appeared & pleaded to
the same And this Deponent saith that
he caused due Notice to be given his said
Wife of his Surrendering to take his treat
at this present Session for the same
[..] informed that the said prosecutrix
was desirant of dropping all proceedings
thereon he requested the other Deponent
John Groves< no role > to go to his said Wife and
show the truth of the same And this
deponent John Groves< no role > for himself saith
that having been requested as Aforesaid
to go to the said prosecutrix to know
her Intention respecting her said prosecutrix
