first the said Thomas Corse< no role >
saith that at
the so, own preceding the last Session for the said
County this Deponent was Indicted by his
said Wife for an Assault and that at
the last Session he appeared & pleaded to
the same And this Deponent saith that
he caused due Notice to be given his said
Wife of his Surrendering to take his treat
at this present Session for the same

was desirant of dropping all proceedings
thereon he requested the other Deponent
