Take Notice that the above named Defendant intend
to appear at the next General Session of the peace to be
holden in and for the County of Middlesex at the Session
hour situate on Clerkenwell Green in the County aforesaid on
Monday the seventh day of September instant at eight of
the Clock in the forenoon of the same day then and there
plead Guilty to the above Indictment preferred and found
by you against me dated the 4th. day of September 1789
