Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands and Seals of

two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the County of Middlesex
aforesaid (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the twenty eighth day of January 1789

was removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint James at Clerkenwell
in the County of Middlesex
aforesaid to the said Parish of Saint Mary le bone
as the Place of her last legal Settlement Whereby Your Petitioners Conseive
themselves aggreived, and humbly appeal therefrom
Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Pray your Worships will be Pleased to hear
them in the Premises and to Order that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint James at Clerkenwell
in the County of Middlesex
aforesaid may
Appear before you at a Certain day to be
Appointed to hear and Abide the Judgment
and Determination of your Worships touching
this Appeal
And Your Petitioners shall Pray Etc.
