to the Overseers of the Poor of the above Parishes the<lb></lb>
Sum of Four Pounds Nine Shillings and Six Pences by<lb></lb>
them alledged to be expended for the releif of & Maintenance<lb></lb>
of the said Child and was thereby also Ordered in Future<lb></lb>
to Pay the said Overseers the weekly Sum of three<lb></lb>
Shilliings & Six Pence towards the Maintenance of the<lb></lb>
said Child so long as the same should remain charged the</p>
<p n="1273">That Your Petitioner and Appeallant conceiving<lb></lb>
himself to be materially injured and agrieved by the<lb></lb>
said Order of the said Justices is advised to appeal therefrom <lb></lb>
And therefore</p>
<p n="1274">Your Petitioner & Appeallant<lb></lb>
humbly Prays that such his Appeal<lb></lb>
may be received and Entered at the<lb></lb>
next General Quarter Sessions of the<lb></lb>
Peace or the adjournment thereof and<lb></lb>
that a day may be appointed for<lb></lb>
hearing and determing the same</p>
