Joshua Bangs< no role > of Lyons Inn Gentleman Maketh Oath and Saith
that he did on the Twenty Seventh day of June last past see Elizabeth Preece
in the Release on the other Side of this Street of Paper named Sign and
Seal and as her Act and Deed deliver the said Release, And this
Deponent Further Saith that the said Release was Signed Sealed and
delivered in the presence of Thomas Venner (who appears to be a Subscribing
Witness to the said Release) as well as of this Deponent, And this Deponent
Saith that the Names Eliz: Preece Joshua Bangs< no role > and Thos Venner< no role > are
of the respective hands writing of the said Elizabeth Preece this
Deponent and the said Thomas Venner< no role >
