Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby agree to accept and take in full of
all demands which he may have upon the said Justices and to give them a full
discharge for the same

and from thenceforth these Presents shall be said and of no Effect Provided
Also and it is hereby further declared and agreed by and between the said Parties to
these Presents that in Case the said Justices their Successors or Assign shall at any time or
times hereafter think fit to have the said Buildings and Works or any part thereof
angmented or diminished or done or performed in any other manner than is herein
before agreed upon of such their intentions shall from time to time cause notice in
Writing signed by their Clerk for the time being to be given to the said William Hopcraft
his Heirs Executors or Administrators or left for him her or then at the said Buildings
at the usual Hours of Work that then and in such Case the said William Hopcraft< no role >
his Heirs Executors or Administrators Shall not nor will proceed any further on such
part of the said Building and Works wherein such Variations or Alterations shall
be proposed to be made but shall as soon as Conveniently may be deliver to the said
Justices a just and true Estimate in Writing Signed by him or them of the Prices
of the Work which shall be proposed to be varied or altered according to such
Notice or Notices and how much the Prices of Performing the same in the manner
Described in such Notice or Notices will fall short or exceed the Prices of Performing
