SLATER.

Superficial of the strongest and very best Westmoreland flating on boards,
with No. 3, 8d. clout nails well painted with white lead and oil in each of the
large flates, and No. 2, 8d. ditto to each of the smaller, the lower courses of the
flates to be 3 feet long, and a proportionable width, and to diminish to one foot
gradually to the upper course, each to have 2 inches and a half lap at per square.

PLUMBER.

Superficial of the best cast pig lead to the gutters 9½ lb to the fot superficial
with labour Etc. to ditto, and fixing down on top of blocking courses included,
at per hundred weight.}

Ditto to the hyps, and valleys, the ridges, dormers, flashings to
chimney shafts Etc. 7 lb per foot superficial with labour Etc. to ditto
