To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the
peace for the County of Middlesex in their Quarter
Session of the peace Assembled.

The Humble petition and Appeal of Ann Miller< no role >
Wife of Thomas Miller< no role >

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under
the hand and Seal of D Walker Esquire one of his
Majestys Justices of the peace Acting in and for the said
County of Middlesex bearing date the twenty fourth
day of November last your petitioner and her male Child
Named Thomas< no role > aged about eight weeks were removed
and Conveyed from the parish of Saint Giles in the fields
in the said County of Middlesex to the parish of Saint
George in the same county as the place of their last
legal Settlement whereby your petitioner Conceives herself
aggrieved and humbly Appeal therefrom

Your petitioner therefore humbly pray your
Worships will be pleased to hear her in the premes &
to Appoint the Churchwardens & Overseers of the sd.
parish of St Giles to Appear at a Certain day to be
appointed to hear & abide the Judgment & determination
of your Worships touching this Appeal

And your petitioner
shall ever pray Etc
