Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Botolph without Aldersgate

Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seals of D Wilmot and Chas Friquet< no role >
Esquires
two of his Majesty's Justices
of the peace for the County of Middlesex
(one being of the Quorum) bearing
date the Ninth day of December 1788 William Loveland< no role >

his Wife
and then Child lawful Issue Named William< no role >
of the Age of sixteen Months
were removed from the
Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch
in the said County of
Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldersgate
as the
place of the last legal Settlement of the said William Loveland< no role >
, Ann his wife
and their said Son whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves agrieved
Your Petitioners therefore humbly appeal to this
Court against the Adjudication of the said two Justices and
then said Order or Pass Warrant and pray that a Day
may be appointed by this Court for the Hearing and
determining of this Appeal and that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint
Leonard Shoreditch
and all persons concerned be ordered
to attend this Court to hear and abide the Judgment
and Determination of your Worships in the
Premisses And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
