and considerations me hereunto Especially moving Have remised released
and for ever quit claimed And by these presents Do remises release
and for ever quit claim unto Edward Maunton< no role > of Lemon Street
Goodmansfields in the said Parish of Saint Mary White Chapel in
the County of Middlesex Baker All and all manner of Actions and Action
Debts, Suits Prosecutions, Damages, and Demands whatsoever
which I the said James Tinkler now have or which I may hereafter
have claime challenge or Demand from the Day next before the Day of
the date of these Presents of or from the said Edward Maunton for or in
respect of any Actions or Action Debts Suits, Prosecutions, Damages
or Demands whatsoever as aforesaid In Witness whereof I the said
