Oath that he this Deponent was Present on the fourth day of
September now Instant and did see Charles Coleman< no role >
the
above named Prosecutor sign Seal and as his Act and Deed
deliver the Release hereunto annexed And that the Cross or
Mark set opposite the Seal of the said annexed Release was
made by the said Charles Coleman< no role >
the said Prosecutor and that
the name Saml. Laver< no role >
subscribed at the foot of the said
Release as the person attenting the execution thereof is of the
proper hand wirting of this Deponent And this Deponent
further saith that the several alterations and erasures
made in the said Release were all made presons to the
execution thereof by the said Charles Coleman< no role >
