The King on the Prosecution of James Boyle< no role >
against
Thomas Jones< no role > for an Assault.

Samuel Kinsey< no role > of Furnivals Inn London Gentleman
Maketh Oath and Saith that he was present and did
see James Boyle< no role > the Prosecutor above named subscribe
his Mark to, Seal and as his Act and Deed in due form
of Law deliver the Instruments or General Release on
the foregoing side hereof. And that Thomas Jones< no role >
therein mentioned and described is, and doth mean
and intend the said Thomas Jones< no role > the above named
Defendant, And this Deponent that the Mark or
Cross set to the Seal affixed to the said Release is
the Mark or Cross of the said James Boyle< no role > who
as he asserted could not write his Name. And
this Deponent saith that the Name "Sam Kinsey< no role > "
subscribed as a Witness to the Execution of the
said Release as aforesaid is the hand writing of
him this Deponent
