The following Report of the Committee
appointed to examine and audit from times to time the Account or
Accounts of the Treasurer of this County as
wellonnot respect toofhis Receipts as his Expendetions [..]
Etc being laid before the Court themselves
read in the following Wards Etc.Vizt.

Here insert the Report of the Committee of Accounts
verbatim.

Resolved that the said Report be received and confirmed and
that the Clerk of the peace do issue the [..] usual [..] orders upon
the Treasurer of this County for the payment of the several Sums of Money
there in mentioned Accounting together to the Sum of £418,,2,,6¼
and also the Sum of £100 to Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591. the Contractor for Conveying Vagrands in the High
and out of the county as Recommended the said Depart

And the said Committee having reported it as their Opinion
that the Sum of £100 Should be allowed for two years
Commeneing on the day of April 1787 and ending the
day of April 1788 to Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591. the Contractor for conveying
of Vagrants in through and out of this County for his extra ordinary
Trouble and Expense on account of the Continued increase of
Vagrants since the time of his entering into the said Contract

Resolved that the same be paid to the said Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591.
and that the Clerk of the peace do Issue an Order upon the
Treasurer of this County for the payment thereof accordingly

Mr. Rogers having laid before this Court the thea plan and
Estimate of the Alterations intended to be made in the Great
Room in the Session House, by which Estimate it appears that
the same leaving the two Chimreys and finishing the Room
in Stucco will amount to £288,,19,,6 or finishing the same
