Westminster to wit

We the underwritten two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the said City [..] Liberty Do hereby Certify that we
have caused to be examined this BillAnd do also Certify
that Alexander Fenwick< no role > Keeper of the Tothill fields
Bridewell hath made Oath before us that the
Account of the Money in the said Bill is a just and
true Account to the best of his Knowledge Given
under our hands this 8th. day of January 1788
