I am ordered by the Court to inform you that
Mr. Stocken the Collector of the Haymarket Tolls having neglected to
perform his Engagement made to the Joint Committee of Middlesex
and Westminster Justices relative to the payment of the Balance due
from him on Account the said Tolls on the County Day of the last
Session the Court have directed their said Committee to meet the
Westminster Committee to consider what will be most expedient and
proper to be done relative to the said Tolls and have invested their said Committee with full power to
cooperate with the said Westminster Committee in whatever shall
be thot. most expedient to be done Your are therefore requashed to meetand have desiredthe said Joint
Committeeto be [..] ned foron Thursday Thursday the 3rd. day of January
next at Guild hall Westminster at One Clock precisely I am
