To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices
of the peace for the County of Middlesex in
their General Session of the peace now
Assembled.

The Humble Petition of Henry Walker< no role >
of the Hamlet of Ratcliff in the Parish of Saint
Dunstans Stebenheath otherwise Stepney in the said
County Sail Cloath Weaver &

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order under the
Hands and Seals of Charles Digby< no role > and Robert
Smith
< no role > Esquires, two of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace acting in and for the said County (One where of is
of the Quorum) bearing date the seventeenth day of
November now last past your Petitioner was adjudg
red to be the reputed Father of a Male Bastard
Child then lately Born in the Hamlet of Ratcliff
in the parish and County aforesaid of the Body of
Frances Fitzer< no role > Singlewoman and was therein Or
dered , as well for the better Relief of the said Ham
let of Ratcliff as for the Sustentation and Relief of
the said Bastard Child, that your Petitioner
Should forthwith upon Notice of the said Order,
Pay or Cause to be Paid to the said Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Hamlet, [..]
some or one of them, the sum of Eleven pounds
Seven shillings and Tenpence for and towards the
lying of the said Frances Fitzer< no role > , and the
maintenance of the said Bastard Child to the
time of making the said Order and Charges
attending the same, and wherein also it is further
Ordered that your Petitioner should pay or
Cause to be paid to the Churchwarden and
overseers of the Poor of the said Hamlet [..]
for the wine being or to some or one of them the
Sum of Two shillings and six pence weekly and
every week for and towards the Keeping [..]
-tation and Maintenance of the said Bastard
