On the prosecution of Mary Wright< no role > for an Assault

John Orange< no role > of Elbow Lane in the Parish of Saint Paul
Shadwell in the said County Weaver Maketh Oath that he the
Deponant was present with Thomas Cole< no role > when Notice of Tryal
was Served on Mary Wright< no role > the above Named prosecutrix
as by the Affidavit of the said Thomas Cole< no role > hereunto annexed
in Sit forth and further Saith that the said Mary Wright< no role >
then declared to this Deponant that she would not appear
against the said Eleanor Farrell< no role > or trouble hereself any further
about her And this Deponent Lastly Saith that the said
Mary Wright< no role > hath several time sine [..] that time, declared
to this Deponant that she would not prosecute the
said Eleanor Farrell< no role > or trouble hereself any more about
her for she thought it had cost the said Eleanor Money
and trouble enough
