two of his Majesty Justices of the Peace in and for the
said County Who being on his Oath says that he with other persons was employed
to Clear the Ship Perserver lying on the River Thomas jorear Stone Stains in
the said County Says on the 6th day of October last he and one of the
Labourers sold a few peices Iron Hoops At the House of

a Dealer in Old Rope near one Stairs and received of Mrs. Dwyer nine
pence or a Shilling for the same Further Saith that the next day he

Stole a Quantity of Iron Hoops out of the said
Ship Perserverance and about nine of the Clock of the same Morning
Carried them to the House of the said

and sold the same
to his wife for three shillings and six pence says the Hoops produced are
the same he and Ladyman sold as aforesaid Further Saith that on
the 31st day of October last in the Evening he and a Watermans Sad
went on board a Ship whereof

side of the Water from which they Stole the two pair of Shrouds Dead Eyes
Stay and four peices of Running Rigging produced which they Carryed
about eight or nine O Clock the same Night to the House of the said

the same to the person present who say his name is
