James Hay< no role > of the New Road in the Parish of Saint
George in the County of Middlesex Gentleman Maketh Oath
and Saith that he this Deponent together with Peter
Mr. Mullen [..] the was present and did see Mary Daran
Seal and deliver the within written release as her act
and Deed and that the Mark or Cross thereunto subscribed
is the proper Mark of her the said Mary Daran< no role > and
made ley her And this Deponent saith that the name
P: Mr. Mullen subscribed as a Witness thereto is the proper
he and wiring of the said Peter MrMullen< no role > and the names
Jas. May also thereto subscribed as another witness is
the proper hand writing of this Deponent
