Oath that he this deponent did on Saturday the Eighth
day of September Instant see thomas Oseland and
Elizabeth his Wifewhoin the General Release hereto
annexed Named, and which said Elizabeth Wife of the
said Thomas Oseland is the Prosecutrix of the Indictment
in the Cause Signed Sealand duly Execute the said
General Release and further saith that the name
Thomas Oseland thereunto Subscribed And also the
Mark to the name Elizabeth Oseland thereunto also
Subscribed are of the proper and respective hand writing and Marking
