On the prosecution
of Lucy Mosely< no role >

Samuel Tailer of Saint James Walk in the
parish of Saint James Clerkenwell in the County of
Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath and saith that
He was present and did see Lucy Mosely< no role > within
named duly sign and seal and as her Act and
Deed deliver the within Release and that the
Name Lucy Mosely thereunto subscribed as the
party executing the same is of the proper hand
writing of the said Lucy Mosely< no role > And this
Deponent further saith that the Names Same
Tailer and John Spencely< no role > subscribed there to
as Witnesses attesting the Execution thereof
are of the proper Hands writing of the said
John Spencely< no role > and of this Deponent
respectively.
