believes that the said Edward Thorpe< no role > was brought
to this Sessions House Court. And while this Deponent
was Attending at the Old Bailey for the purpose
of Prosecuting the said Edward Thorpe-the said
Edward Thorpe< no role > was Discharged on Account of
this Deponent not being present-And this
Deponent saith-That the fully Intended to prosecute
the said Edward Thorpe to Conviction-And that
he hath Not either for Reward or Expectation of
Reward-or through fear favour of Affection or
through any other Course otherwise than as aforesaid
Neglected or ceased to prosecute the said Edward
Thorpe< no role > to Conviction
