Whereas it is Certifyed unto me by the Clerk of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex that at the
General Quarter Session of the Peace held in and
for the County of Middlesex at the Session House
for the said County on Monday the ninth day of
July last Richard Street< no role > late of the Parish of
Saint Clement Danes in the County of Middx
Labourer was and now Stands Indicted for
Assaulting Boating and Wounding one
William Wood< no role > and unlawfully wrongfully and Injuriously
taking from and out of the Prossession of the
said William Wood< no role > a Certain paper Writing
Called a Bill of Costs To which Indictment he
the said Richard hath not as yet Appeared or
Pleaded

These are therefore to will and require and in his Majestys
Name Strictly to Charge and Command you and every of you
on sight hereof to Apprehended and take tha Body of the said
Richard Street< no role > and bring him before me or one other of the
Justices of his Majestys Court of Kings Bench if taken
in or near the Cities of London or Westminster otherwise
before some Justice of the Peace living near to the Place where
he shall be herewith taken to the end that he the said Richard
may become bound with Sufficient Sureties for his personal
Appearance at the next Session of the Peace to be held in and
for the County of Middlesex to Appear and plead to the said Indictment
and to be further dealt with the According to Law here of fail not
at your Perils Given under my Hand and Seal this twenty eight
Eighth day of August one thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty
Seven

other Tip staff of His Majestys Court of
Kings Bench and to all Cheif and Petty
Constables Headborough and Tythingmen
