Mr. Thos. Sanny< no role > agrees to permit his Majestys Justices for the County of Midx
their Surveyors agents & Workmen to take immediate Possession of the Premisses
Purchased by them ofSm Jerv Clerke Jervoise< no role > Esqr . & others & which are now in the
Occupation of the sd. Thos. Sanny< no role > & that they shall new be considered in
Possession thereof-In consideration where of [..] No Bent in to be demanded of his
hom Lady day last-And his Majestys Justices are to Permit him to have
the use of such Part of the Premesses as they do not immediately want to
Make use of & who to Permit the said Thos. Sanny< no role > to take away such Part
of the Building as he has himself Enrted

Mr Sanny also hopes his Majestys Justices will give him
the remainder of the Buildings in Consideration of some Damage be has
Sustained by his Fences being Putted down & his not having been at the
to make so much use of the pro [..] mes as he otherwise might have done
