The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Paul Covent Garden in the said County

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or order under the
Hands and Seals of H. R. Cowdenay and Jno. Griffiths< no role >
Esquires Two of his Majesties Justices of the peace
for the City and Liberty Westminster in [..] the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing date the Nineteenth day of February
Instant Mary Gillett< no role > . was removed and Conveyed
from and out of the parish of Saint George Hannover
Square within the Liberty of Westminster in the said
County to the said Parish of Saint Paul Covent Garden
as the place of her last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieived by the order of the said Two Justices
therefore humbly Appeal to this Court against
the said order And pray year Worships
will be pleased to appoint a Day in this
Session for the hearing and determining the
said Appeal

And your Petitioners shall pray Etc
