Middlesex , to wit


To the Church wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St.
Clement Danes in the County
of Middlesex ; and to theChurch
Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor
of that part of the Parish of St. Andrew Holborn
that lies in the Liberty of Saffron Hill
Hatton Garden and Elly rents in the County
of Middlesex

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
us, Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the County of Middlesex aforesaid One
whereof being of the Quorum) by the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St.
Clement Danes , That Wm. Gardiner [..] Carolina Gardiner
his wife & Charlotte Gardiner< no role > aged about 3 years
have

lately intruded and come into the said Parish of St.
Clement Danes , and is become chargeable to the
same: We the said Justices upon Examination of the
Premises upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do
adjudge the same to be true, and do also adjudge the
Place of the last legal Settlement of the said William
Gardiner

Parish of St. Andrew Holborn that his in the Liberty
of Saffron Hill Hatton Garden and Ely Rents

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name
to require you the said Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Clement
Danes , on Sight hereof, to remove and convey the said
William Gardiner< no role > [..] Carolina Gardiner< no role > & the said Charlotte
Gardiner

from and out of your said Parish of St. Clement Danes
to the said part of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
which his in the Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton Garden
and Elly Rents
and them deliver unto the Churchwardens and Over-
seers of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, to-
gether with this our Order, or a true Copy thereof, who
are hereby required to receive and provide for them
according to Law. Given under our Hands and
Seals this 2nd.. Day of March 1787
