Halton Garden and Ely
Rents in the Parish of Saint Andrews Holborn
in the County
of Middlesex
Sheweth
That by an Order under the Hands and Seals of Mr. Kitchiner
and D. Walker Esquires
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the said County of Middlesex
, bearing Date the 2d.
Day of March last past Wm. Gardiner,
Carolina Gardiner< no role >
his wife
and
Charlotte Gardiner< no role >
aged about three years
were removed and conveyed from the Parish of Saint Clement
Danes
in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Liberty
of Saffron Hill
Hatton Garden
and Ely Rents, as the Place of
the last legal Settlement of the said
William Gardiner< no role >
and
Carolina Gardiner; whereby your Petitioners conceive
themselves to be aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore appeal
against the said order, and humbly
pray Relief in the Premises; and
that your Worships will be pleased to
appoint some Day in this Present Session
for the Hearing and determining this
their said Appeal.
And Your Petitioners shall ever
