We the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish sd of Saffron
Walden do hereby give you notice that we do intend on Thursday next the 22d.
Day of Feby Instant to move the Court at the adjourned Quarter Sessions
of the Peace for the sd County of Middlesex that the Appeal lodged by us
at the last Genl. Quarter Sessions of the Peace for the sd County of Middlesex
against the Order of William Tyler< no role > & such: Downs two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said City & Liberty of Westminster for that the
moval of Susannah Cornell< no role > Singlewoman from your said Parish to
our said Parish of Saffron Walden as the Place of her Settlemt. & which
was than resputed until the said adjourned Sessions may on Account of the
said Susannah Cornell< no role > being so near the Time of her Delivery as to be
incapable of travelling and attending as a witness on the Trial of such
appeal, be further restricted until the next General Quarter Sessions
of the Peace to be holden in and for the said County of Middlesex
