last Convicted before

Esquires
two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace
in and forth County of Middlesex
on the Information of one Mile
Rogers in a Penalty of One Hundred Pounds Alledging that your Petitioner had frauduling
removed Candles from the Place of making the same before they had been Weighed by
the Surveying Officer
That Your Petitioner conceives himself Aggreived by the
said Conviction and is Advised that the Ought not to have been Convicted
Therefore your Petitioner most humbly Prays
your Worships will be Pleased to Permit him to
Enter his Appeal to the said Conviction
And your Petitioner will ever
Pray Etc.
